Individual therapy
Individual therapy is a deeply personal and transformative process that provides a safe and confidential space for self-exploration and growth. In one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist, clients have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviors in a supportive environment.
