Our practice integrates a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to support lasting emotional and behavioral change. Family/Marital Therapy addresses dynamics within relationships, helping couples and families improve communication, resolve conflict, and foster deeper connection. Person-Centered Therapy offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients are empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace, with the therapist acting as a supportive and empathetic guide. Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) emphasizes the role of relationships and social context in emotional well-being, helping clients improve how they relate to others and navigate life transitions. These approaches may be used individually or in combination to create a personalized and effective path to healing and growth.
